We understand that finding interview time can be challenging, so we strive to accommodate you by conducting all virtual interviews online. This allows you to learn about us and the role while we assess whether you’re the right fit for the position. It’s a two-way process.

  • Initial Interview: The first step is typically an interview to evaluate your personal and professional skills. It’s also a chance for you to learn more about whether Edifice is the right place for your career growth.
  • Online assessments – Here Comes the Science: Once you have completed your application, we may send you a link to a website containing some online assessments. These assessments help us determine the likelihood of your success and fulfillment in the role at Edifice.
  • Final Stage: If you perform well in the online assessments, you’ll be invited for one or more interviews with senior managers. For certain positions, you may also meet with some of our Directors. At this stage, the discussions will focus on strategic business matters and your career goals.
